ADMINISTRASTION
For GIT please fax the full name of the travellers, passport number and the validity of the passport, at least one month before arrival.

CURENCY
Major foreign currencies are exchangeable at National or Private Banks and Money changers in major cities in Indonesia.

PAYMENTS
Other than prior written mutual agreement, all confirmed reservation must be paid :
For Fixed Itinerary Tours (FIT) at least 1 (one) month before arrival. For Group Inclusive Tour (GIT) a 50% deposit from the total cost must be paid al least 1 (one) month and the remaining 50% must be settle one week before arrival.

All payments should be remitted to our Bank Account:
TAMALIA TOUR AND TRAVEL PT A/C. 456 476 5777 BCA Bank, Urip Sumoharjo Branch, Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Payment of a deposit or final payment indicates that participants have read and accepted all stated Tamalia Tours terms and conditions, including all cancellation penalties and fees, and agree to abide by them.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation charge are subject to regulation applied by transport companies, Hotel and other related parties. In the unfortunate event of cancellation by the client, cancellation penalties are applied as follows:
1. FIT up to 2 (two) weeks 10% of the total cost. Within 2 (two) weeks 50% of the total cost
2. FIT up to 1 (one) weeks 10% of the total cost. Within 1 (one) week 50% of the total cost.

REFUND
No refunds can be made for failure to join or complete the tour, either for reasons of illness or other personal reasons. No refund will be given for unused portions of the tour such as meals, transfers, accommodation or other services included in the tour programs.

SAFETY
On our excursions / tour / expedition, safety is essential, for all distances are important. We carry on all our trips a comprehensive pharmacy in addition to well equipped first aids kit.

IMMIGRATION
Travellers must ensure that they obtain all the necessary documentation and visas prior to departure. All traveller to Indonesia must hold a travel document or passport which are valid at least 6 (six) months after arrival and have to prove onward journey. Depending on the nationalities, the traveller may not require to obtain a visa or can obtain a short term visa on arrival. However, we encourage you to contatc our Embassies or Consulates abroad to ensure a smooth visit (http://www.deplu.go.id/embassy). Tamalia Tours assumes no responsibility for passengers refused entry into Indonesia for incorrect documentation. Any repatriation charges will be the responsibility of the traveller. It is the traveller's responsibility to check the visas to ensure that it has been issued properly with the correct name and entry and exit dates.

HEALTH
We recommend travellers to bring their daily / regular prescription medicines. Make sure to have enough to last during the tour, while keeping them in its original prescription bottle and always in the carry on luggage. Medicine for diarrhea, usually over-the-counter, may be needed. Antibacterial hand wipes or alcohol-based and sanitizer containing at least 60% alcohol. To prevent insect / mosquito bites, bring anti-mosquito repellent spray or cream. To protect the skin from the sun, we recommend to bring along sun-lotion. While bringing those medicines, be sure to follow airport security guidelines, especially if they are liquids.

INSURANCE
We thoroughly recommend that all travellers have their own travel insureance as our packages are not covered by insurance. We suggest that travelers take insurances that cover health, life, personal, accident cover, baggage and transport.

CUSTOM
Indonesian Custom Regulations allow on entry a maximum of 2 (two) liters of alcoholic beverage. Narcotic, arms, electronic, pornography items are prohibited. Advance approval is required for carrying trans-receiviers.

COMMUNICATION
Long distance local and overseas calls are available by IDD (International Direct Dial) system, beside facsimile or internet mail.

AIRPORT TAX
Airport-tax for Domestic airport is IDR 25.000,-(USD.2.50) per person, and are levied on all departing passengers. International airport fee is IDR. 100.000,-(USD 10.00)

CLOTHING
Dress in light clothing is advisable due to tropical climate, in Mountainous area, light sweater / jackets is recommended.

OTHERS
Tamalia Tours cannot be held responsible for any other aspect of the tour that is not under our direct control. Hotels on the circuit are independently owned & operated. Tamalia Tours will not be held responsible for any aspect of their operation. Tamalia Tour shall not be held liable for any injury, damage or loss of luggage, delay or illness whatsoever caused to the traveller whilst on their tour / service. Tamalia Tour cannot be held responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of any delay, curtailment or alteration of any tour, whether caused by severe weather conditions, mechanical failure or any other causes.
